Sales Manager:

Experience Required: 5 – 7 Years in business development and sales

Educational Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

Date of Joining: Immediate

Skills: Sales, Business Development, Cold Calling, Lead generation, Hospitality

Requirement:

  • At least 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in Insurance, Telecom and IT Software.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales for PasS/IasS/SasS enterprise products

  • Show leadership by being proactive and taking ownership of your work

  • Familiar with Artificial Intelligence space

  • Good understanding of sales and end to end account management process

  • Good presentation skills

  • Solution-Selling experience is a big plus

  • Good in assessing the needs of the clients

  • Sales/ Account Management experience in start-ups is a plus.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Mapping potential clients and scheduling meetings with them

  • Develop business personally through prospecting and pitching to client organizations identified in course of strategy creation.

  • Manage sales team’s performance (if applicable) to drive sales targets

  • Manage the entire Sales Life-cycle including Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating and Contract Closure in his/her assigned region/industry

  • Proven experience in dealing with C-level executives in technology companies.

  • Plan weekly sales cycle and meet prospective clients on a daily basis

  • Preparing client and market mapping reports for his business segment

  • Responsible for timely invoicing and collection of payment from the clients

  • Media Tracking to generate prospects

  • Preparing sales and sales-related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan, etc

  • Plan and budget revenue generation for the week and month

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients in his/her portfolio and churn more business from the listed accounts
