Channel Partner Manager

From a 4-member team to a 35+ member team in just 1.5 years.


We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join us in the Channel Partner Group. The ideal candidate should have the knowledge and expertise of the partners in geography to drive partner connection to ensure max partner impact on customer acquisition.

Location: Hybrid Model [Work from Home + Office, Bangalore]


 Holds primary responsibility for building opportunity pipeline from a portfolio of partners

 Build regional partner pipeline, screen, and complete onboarding formalities

• Problem-solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict                     resolution, and follow through with partners.

 Provide ongoing sales and technical training to these partners.

 Act as key channel strategist to regional sales managers within the region.

 Increase market penetration Channels and Distributors by enabling building and                       developing new partners

 Responsible for managing and achieving & exceeding revenue targets for defined                     Channels and Distribution.


• 3 -4 years of experience in channel management or Account Management.

 Strong professional work ethic and ability to deliver results with minimal supervision

 Good presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

 Achieved and exceeded quota and goals assigned in previous roles
