JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Solution design, development, & maintenance of Chatbot applications & their          associated components. (Non–Coding)

•Conversational design and simple to moderate chatbot development

•Software development using test-driven development concepts

•Establishing and following continuous integration, delivery, and deployment            pipelines and practices

•Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve        customer issues

•Writing/pitching formal presentations and human-like conversations.

•Clean / analyze data coming from bot conversation

•Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the    appropriate internal teams

•Help with handling customer support.

•Software Development Lifecycle awareness.
