Responsibilities:

​​

• Solution design, development, & maintenance of Chatbot applications & their associated components. (Non – Coding)

• Conversational design and simple to moderate chatbot development

• Software development using test-driven development concepts

• Establishing and following continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices

• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues

• Writing/pitching formal presentations and human-like conversations.

• Clean / analyze data coming from bot conversation

• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

• Help with handling customer support

Educational Qualification & Skills Required:

​

• BCA, MCA, MTech – CSE/IT, BTech – CSE/IT

• Fresher or 1 Year of experience in any field.

• Knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Excellent Written/Verbal Communication

• Good IQ and EQ.

• Excellent Computing Knowledge

• Good process understanding 

• Good Presence of mind and Analytical Skills

• Should be a good team player and multi-tasking.
